Mark Anvil was raised in “Port City” NC. He was raised up on secular hip hop in the 90s and 2000s so his influences stem from artist like Missy Elliot, Jermaine Dupri, Diddy, Eve, Fat Joe, and Lil’ Wayne, just to name a few. Once
He met God and dedicated his life to Him, he took the quality of lyricism and production and applied it to his born again flow. Mark believes music should be even more exciting , slick and entertaining now that he has the light of Christ in him.
Mark says he’s dedicated to doing hip hop from a believers point of view. He considers himself current enough to appeal to the world, yet anointed enough for The Body. Mark said he gets easily bored when everyone sounds the same and they imitate the latest styles. Mark hopes his music gives you something to rock to.
