Charles D. King is an indie artist and creative from Macon, Georgia. He found his passion for music while crawling underneath the pews at church and the bleachers at his parent’s HS sports games. Known today as a prolific singer-songwriter and multi-instrumentalist, he honed his skills by listening to mainstream radio and serving as the minister of music as a kid. Versed with an eclectic library of musical influences like: Michael Jackson, Sounds of Blackness and Kirk Franklin, Charles D. King brings a fresh take on CHH and gospel music. Featured as an emerging artist on BET GOSPEL and Gospel Music Association (GMA) Dove Awards, he is a rising voice for the next generation of influencers. Charles D. King’s mission is to use his voice to be a bridge to generation and cultures; celebrating diversity and promoting unity.
