Dee-1 Drops Hilarious Song “Corona Clap” | @dee1music @trackstarz

A lot of music is being dropped to give people hope, but Dee-1 decided to give us the gift of laughter with his latest song “Corona Clap.” It’s no accident that Dee-1 spit his quarantine cautioning lyrics over this particular instrumental. This same instrumental was re-purposed by Yasiin Bey FKA Mos Def called “Katrina Klap/Dollar Day” shortly after Hurricane Katrina devastated Louisiana.  The original song was called “Nolia Clap” and was released in 2004. Dee-1, being a New Orleans native himself, probably new all that and dropped this song about being safe during this pandemic while simultaneously paying homage to his roots. Peep the hilarious music video where Mr. Mission Vision has, “Squirts for the low” below.
