Serve Your Customer |Bordeaux’s Business Blog| (@trackstarz @jasonbordeaux1)

A business’s goal should not be to squeeze as much money out of people as possible by doing as little as possible. Businesses should be a servant to their customer. A business should find the need of their customer base and meet that need as best as possible while making their experience with them as great as possible. Take a car mechanic for example, they’re their to fix or service your automobile and do so at the lowest cost possible. As they help you, they are building their customer loyalty. Doctors, lawyers, restaurant owners, and anyone else should be the same way. The same idea applies to those who are selling products. Customers have a need for a particular product and you are able to get that product for them at the best price possible.

Businesses unfortunately do not always run this way. Some just want to sell stuff or sell a service without giving their best in doing so. This is not the way businesses last. Customer service is a huge part of any business and without that being a key focus, the company can get poor ratings from customers, which will drive away other customers. Remember your job is to help customers with their wants and needs. They pay your paycheck and are your businesses life source. One of the biggest lessons Jesus taught us is to serve one another. Don’t forget to practice this principle on the job as well.
