He Is The Same | @ryanmw92 @trackstarz

What is going on everyone!! So, this week, I was thinking on this… That despite anything that changes in our lives, God is still constant. His plans for us are for us to grow and flourish in our lives, and that He is always there to lift us up. I was encouraged by this scripture, “And I am sure of this, that he who began a good work in you will bring it to completion at the day of Jesus Christ” (Philippians 1:6). This really speaks to me because it gives me confidence that no matter what is coming against me, and no matter what is coming against you, that Jesus began a good work, and is constantly carrying that good work on. I love that God has a ‘despite’ mentality. He is not phased at how situations look. He is telling us today, that no matter what seasons bring us, He is constant. No matter what people leave your life, He is consistently there for you.

We all need that encouragement. Personally speaking, it always seems that I am in process for something great, but time needs to go on before I see fruition to my dreams. When that happens, it honestly causes doubt to creep in, and I begin to think that I need to make moves because things are not working in my favor. That is the total opposite of what God is saying to us. He is saying that even when we can’t see how He is working, He is still working for our good and His glory. Time will pass while His perfect will is made whole within us. Be comfortable with the process. Trust that regardless of what we see, God sees 10 steps ahead, and He is “leading and guiding us into all truth” (John 16:13).

Stay consistent. Stay faithful. God’s heart for you has not changed, nor will it change. “He is the same yesterday, today, and forever” (Hebrews 13:8). Do not be shaken by storms that try to rock you off the boat. Storms will pass, but the will and heart of God for us all is staying perfect and consistent. The heart of the Father is something we can all put our hope in. He is the same.

Much Love,
