Armond Wakeup Lands Placement With VSCO | @armondwakeup @wes_pendleton @illect @trackstarz

We have been seeing a wonderful trend of Christian Hip Hop Artists landing music licensing placements this year, and that trend continues with Illect’s own Armond Wakeup.  The placement was with the popular VSCO(Visual Supply Company), a photo company that builds community and tools for creatives, for their #Walkinthesun campaign. The song used for the placement was “The Feels” from Armond’s ’40 Days’ project, which served as the segue to ‘Even If I Lose.’ Wakeup took to social media to thank VSCO for using his song, Wes Pendleton (who produced the song), and his label Illect for “setting up the play.” Armond also mentioned that this is his first licensing placement so he’s “super hype.” Congratulations to Armond Wakeup for his first placement, and here’s to many more!
