“Joyful Noise” Video Review| #ThrowbackTheology | @Flame314 @Lecrae @Chicangeorge @Trackstarz

Some songs/videos go down in CHH history for the right and wrong reasons. Many people may remember “Joyful Noise” from Flame, John Reilly and Lecrae getting into a nasty lawsuit with Katy Perry over the beat. As we move away from that ordeal, we can see that it’s actually a great song and video. The video captures Christians coming together to give God a “joyful noise” filled with admiration and praise towards Him for all the things He has done and will do for us. The video captures not only the artist’s passion, but the crowd as well. The director, Trip Crosby caught this vision and this is what makes this more than just a “performance video.” He did a great job bringing light to the lyrics. At the end of the day, this is a great video to show someone what CHH is all about through lyrically and visually. This video/track is a great ministering tool. If you look at the majority of comments from the video, they are from Katy Perry fans that aren’t believers. Continue to pray that when they hear this video, they see and hear the love of God and Christ within it. Whether they chose to or not, Flame’s video caused controversy… that could work in Christ’s favor. Now that is something to make  “joyful noise” over. Spread The Soup!
